Yes, it is the same performance of the X1400, some people say it is a little less. And 128MB is dedicated, the other 128 is turbocached.

It's a legit question, there are different versions of the 7400. The 7400 in the Dell XPS m1210 for example uses a 64MB dedicated edition. -
