I am thinking of selling this laptop it is a HP Pavillion XH535.
the only thing wrong with it is the battery does not work, it was bought it December 2001 for about $1200

    950MHZ AMD mobile athlon 4
20 GB Harddrive (new as of May 2004)
    256 Ram
    14.1" screen
    Windows XP Home SP2
    DVD-ROM (no cd burner)

other than the battery everything works well. thanks for any thoughts

You'd probably do better to donate it to a school or other non-profit and take a generous write off. Otherwise I'd say the market value is less than $250.
