    Greetings - I ordered my dv2000t three days ago understanding that I might receive one with a "bad" LCD. Hope this doesn't happen -especially since I live at Camp Victory in the sandbox. Since I ordered this directly from H-P - does anyone know how you return/exchange a laptop with H-P? Calling them would not be easy - and I can't find anything on their website. That said, I can live with an imperfect white background since I don't have internet access at the hooch and can't go to Google anyway :rolleyes: Any input would be appreciated. New member here by the way - this Forum is great!!

    You can easily call HP.

    The number will probably be in the paperwork that comes with the notebook.
