I bought a lop Top DV9208 with windows vista of EBay, it is only 1 month old, it has 2 accounts, witch was set up already when i got it. One account has no password but has no administrative rights, the other one is a administrator account witch i can't log in to with out password...
Is there a any way to factory restore/reset the DV9208 so that i can reconfigure it as it were new out of the box?

I was trying contact ebay seller who I got from but he did not respond, and just now I found out he no longer a register user...

    Any one can help me?

    Thank you in Advance
    Russell

Honestly, it is probably a stolen laptop. I would contact PayPal and dispute the charge, tell them what you've told us. Once you get your money back, contact HP and ask them who currently owns the laptop.

FYI, please don't create multiple threads on the same topic just because you didn't like the first answer you got. I'm deleting your first thread and leaving this one open.

Yep, stolen laptop. I agree 100% with night, you should contact ebay/paypal asap. Good luck.

Is it me or in the last couple years E-bay has become a scum bucket for bad transactions.

That's also why eBay is beginning to lose business.
