    Hello all,

I have a friend whose laptop is a HP Pavilion zx5170. It is a great laptop overall but its battery lasts about a minute. I have reasons to suspect that this is due to poor calibration.

Can anyone tell me how to calibrate this laptop's battery? There's nothing about that on the BIOS, and I haven't found anything on the manual either. So those of you experts on this matter, any help is dearly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

I don't know exactly, but for my HP, they said to drain the battery completely (meaning no hibernation).
