As alot of us know beats audio has issues with volume limiting and compression. In another thread someone posted about using the generic IDT audio panel instead of the beats audio panel. i attached an image of what it looks like. He also posted this link to the cab file

Download IDT HD Audio Driver 6.10.6486.0 for Windows 8 64 bit

I followed his direction (right click on the device and update and find the cab file) but it keeps telling me that the most updated version is installed. i even tried rolling back to an older version but i cant get it to work. im currently using the generic high definition audio driver becuase it disables the beats audio. Does anyone know how i can go about getting the regular idt sound panel which has more features instead of using the crappy beats one?
