The inside is all black (except the touchpad) which is good, but the top of the lid is silver, and I've noticed this sucker gets dirty if you even look at it. Has anyone found a good, safe way to clean the lid?

Warm water and a cloth should do the trick.

Just don't use "Nicen' Clean" wipes that you can buy at Walmart.

How about the glossy bit that surronds the Keyboard? I dont want to make any permenant marks. Black bloody gathers alot of dust.

I just used a damp cloth to wipe my screen and around the keyboard.
