I Have a HP DV6T QUAD and reinstalled Windows 7. When I touch the volume on my keyboard to increase or decrease the volume, it would appear on the screen for 1 second. Now after reinstalling, it doesn't show on the screen anymore when I touch the volume increase decrease on my laptop. Help.

Try installing the 'HP Quick Launch Buttons' software for the version of Windows 7 you installed.

OK, that is the software that allows the on screen volume. Try searching the DV6T forum, review the software list in the first post, redirect your question to that thread.
