    How to install new display on DV7T-7000

    I have looked on the manual and everything and I still cannot figure out how to disassemble the screen to put a 1080 screen in it.

    Any videos or pictures would be definitely helpful. Please don't tell me to look in the manual already because I already did. It doesn't really show much on how to take the bezel off and do replace the screen.

    Do you mind my asking what 1080p screen you are putting in it? Are you going to put an IPS screen in it?

    So I think I found the info you are looking for on the display assembly for the DV7. Its on page 88 of the hardware maintenance guide here:
