How to play Blu-ray DVD?, it keeps ejecting!

EDIT: *SOLVED* Please can you delete, sorry. Wouldn't you know it, I reboot and it works excellent now. Don't know why, but it was ejecting every disc I put in, even blank ones, so I rebooted. For some reason it must not have liked the very first Blu-Ray I put in ever, and set of the ejections. Its ok now. Odd.

For the first time ever I have bought a Blu-Ray DVD. I put the DVD in my DV9774ca "Blu-Ray" drive and expect Media Center or something to come up, yet the disc drive is making its searching jiggedy jig noises for a few moments, then it ejects it and nothing happens on screen. No programs open or anything.
What am I doing wrong?


Mmmmmm....just to be sure the drive works I just put a regular DVD (Spiderman) in and it ejects that too!
I use this to burn stuff all the time no troubles. I never used it to play any movies before because we watch regular DVDs on our DVD player on TV.. Its just we got a Blu-Ray movie for the very first time to use the Blu-Ray drive on my laptop
