I have a TX2 tablet by HP, and would like to discover the registry tweaks to enable two features that it seems might be available.
This touchsmart tablet uses many of the same features that are available on the touchsmart pcs, but it seems that HP disabled the part of the Mediasmart suite that deals with launching applications. I understand that a registry alteration can re-enable this feature. Can anyone direct me to information that would allow accessing this mediasmart feature?
Secondly, there are some Quicklaunch buttons on the bezel of the screen, which change screen orientation, launch mediasmart, and launch mobility center. There's a control that allows me to set the action when I hold these buttons down for a while (similar to the way one can set button actions on the Ipaq 210 pda). However, even after setting this to an application of my choice, the button won't launch the program. How can I set the action of holding, and change the default applciations that a single button press will call?
Also is there an owner's lounge for this model yet?
How to re-enable disabled touch features on TX2 tablet?
