Precisely. Nothing more to it than that. 1600 x 900 = radiance.

Right click on desktop, choose screen resolution. You will see the resolution. Native res has (recommended) next to it.

Is there any way of knowing from the outside? It should have a big sign in the cover, Radiance :D

ha I was thinking the same thing. It made me think of someone buying one off ebay switching the screens and returning it.

Not many eBay sellers take returns and they do check their stuff that gets returned.

maybe someone could write a program that made it appear to be 1600x900 when you checked your screen res in windows?

you could still tell the difference just by looking at it..at least I could, everything is smaller, you can fit 7 desktop icons vertically on a 1366x768, but on a 1600x900 I beleive there is some extra space at the bottom..not sure if you could fit an 8th icon though...you can also easily tell the difference when web browsing

    And.. It's fraud and immoral.

Imagine when the eBay seller relists and sells the supposed radiance envy that you swapped the screens with. The buyer will pay a premium and then be super pissed when he notices he got he lower-res screen. Both he seller and new buyer get ripped off. Put yourself in their shoes.
