We have an HP laptop that says it is locked and can only be unlocked by the user or an adminstrator - but when you try to enter a user name the "locked" message comes up. Suggestions?

Well, you have the wrong subforum, but you have to enter the password that your cool mom set up.

Try contacting the seller for the password. We don't provide cracks/workarounds for that here. :)
