Hi, does anyone know the best way of hooking up a dv7 to a Logitech z5500 sound system? I'd like surround sound if poss, but is that possible by connecting it to the headphone out socket?

Is the only way to do this to buy a HP quickdock? I know they have s/pdif out on them. Any help would be gratefully received :)
