Does the noise comes all the times or only when it's getting hot?

Have you tried getting a can of compressed air and cleaning the fan out? It could be that dust/debris is caught in the fan. Depending on how that laptop is setup, the fan is either running the whole time and when the temperature goes up the revolutions is increased to keep the laptop cooler, or the fan is off until the temperature reaches a certain place and then it turns on. Regardless, it sounds like the problem is with the fan itself and nothing else, so clean it out and see what happens.

    Hi blokes ,

Thanks for your suggestions ,i have tried using the can of compressed air but doesnt do any good to me .The noise comes only when i run any application on my notebook. When the laptop is idle it doesnt make any kinda noise .and i have also tried reinstalling the BIOS as per the HP technical support team .
say for eg.i open up the IE browser and keep browsing for a long time ,the noise starts the moment i open the browser up untill i stop performing any action & close the browser down.

and the notebook gets hot only when i place it on my any cloth where in the air from the fan wouldnt be able to go out.

Any other suggestions would be grateful.

    Thanks

How long have you had the laptop for? It could be that the fan is simply starting to go bad.

its been just 6 mnths since i purchasd this one .the answer from the hp team is that ,the processor is making the application load fast and in turn the fans runs faster with more number of rpms .(something like this )I am not sure what they said for i really forgot ! sorry about that .
but why does not stop at all and the noise is loud as well .thers is nothing to be surprised for if anyone gets irritated working in a quiet room !

either the fan is going out, or it just needs cleaning

step1: go to walmart (or wheerever) and get a can of compressed air, spray into it and see if the noise stops (you could also opt to dissasemble the laptop for better cleaning, though dont do it if your not comofritble)

step2: if its still making noises, call in for use of the warrenty, explain the situation, tell them its been diagnosed as a fan going out, and that you want it replaced.
