I don't believe notebooks have internal USB ports. What I suggest you do is invest in a USB hub, which uses up 1 port, but gives you 4.

    OR

If you have internal bluetooth, just invest in a bluetooth mouse.

In my laptop there is a cable for internal bluetooth adapter , but no adapter. So it would be nice if I could use that cable to connect my mouse adapter. But it is not a standard USB cable. Is there a some kind of converter ?
