    hi, i was planning on waiting until black Friday if i cant find a cheap and good laptop by then and i found one that i can get for $500. It is a HP 6720s, do you think if i can get it for $500 that i could find a better laptop on black friday for $500?

    I mainly want to use my laptop to bring everyday to the library after school. I am in high school right now but i am looking for a laptop now because i need one for next year and if i get one on black friday it would have to be this year.

    Basically, will this laptop work well for Word, excel, powerpoint, internet surfing and movies and also being able to get onto wifi?

    these are the main things i will be using it for. Not to many games if any at all. Definately movies though. What do you guys think? Should i get this for $500 or should i wait until black friday?

    Almost forgot... the laptop is open box new. It still comes with the 1 year warranty.

    Have you got a link to it??? I assume its the model with Celeron? In that case....no, you might want to look for something with duo core.

    core2duo 1.6ghz
    2GB RAM
    Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3100
    Windows vista premium

    I dont play much games..is it oaky to buy this model? :confused:

    well, what type of games would you play?
    Because integrated graphics do suck, but if all you play is like solitaire it is fine.
