I recently got an HP DM4-1063CL. Nice laptop, but has a few shortcomings. I took care of two of them - I installed a bluray drive and added Bluetooth. Now I want to upgrade the wireless so I can use intel WIDI. I purchased an intel wireless centrino N-6200 PCIE card for it, but the retarded HP BIOS won't boot the machine, claiming there's an unsupported WLAN card. I've seen others claim to have DM4's with this card, so I don't know what is going on. I updated the bios last night in case that could make a difference, but it didn't. Does anyone have a DM4 with this card? Is there anything special I can do to make it work?

    Thanks!

You have to get a bios mod in order to bypass the whitelist.

I've been looking into that today and cannot find one with the whitelist removed. I tried using a tool that is supposed to work, but it fails on the DM4's bios.
