How about you keep calling your case manager? You're supposed to ask for a case manager if you're first repairs goes bad to begin with. Check the threads here as some people provided users with the direct # to case managers. Best way is to calmly get the attention from a case manager.

Be calm and nice when talking to them but show a lot of frustration. They may replace it since you've sent it in 3 times already. If you still have issues, you can ask for a replacement if the hardware has been replaced at least 3 times. It's one of the lemon laws, so you have the right to ask for a replacement.

Calm down, get you're act together and call for a case manager. Trust me, be nice and calm with some frustration that you really need your laptop for business, work, or school, or whatever you need it for. They may show compassion and replace your laptop with a few upgrades here and there if you ask nicely.
