I've been looking around Newegg, and I was wondering if this is a good laptop. I probably wouldn't buy it unless the price goes down a little bit, but I am more concerned about its performance since it has the AMD ZM-80. The most intriguing thing about it is the ATI HD3200 since I am looking to have a laptop that can handle TF2 but I still want the best battery life.

Might want to consider the FAQ and post over there. I had a dv5z over the summer. It ran quite hot, though it had the 3450 card, which may have contributed to the heat.

    Any other opinions?

Regardless of how the Intel Core2Duos are ahead of the AMDs, which Core2Duo would the ZM-80 be comparable to? And what video card would the ATI HD3200 be equal to?

Also, ZaZ, what would you consider a laptop to run hot? I don't have any experience with modern notebooks as my current one is 10 years old...
