    Hi,, recently I bought a hp laptop (Model#DV6-6022TX) 3 months ago. I am facing a problem that is my laptop restart itself and some time it get shut down while i am working. I also install the fresh copy of windows and I also hav registered Norton antivirus installed in my computer. so I dont think that there will be any chance for virus. please help me wether it is hardware problem or something else. Thanks
