Personal first of all forgive my bad English, he has bought HP1191NR place to use 2 hds but to access the bios did not see option to unlock the raid, in fact the bios do not have many functions besides setting the time and the like, now i wonder if he does raid, or not, there is the possibility of using two separate hds

I have an Envy 15t 2nd Gen (the one with 5830 and USB 3.0), I cannot access the settings in BIOS, but I was able to create a RAID 0 in Intels Matrix Storage Manager (or however it is called now).

If this does not work for you - For a software mirror raid 1 for booting depending on the OS you can possibly also create it there (create mirror option, will convert the disk to a dynamic disk), then you can also add a raid 0 for (non boot) partitions.
You gotta know what you are doing though.

With this program I can get a second raid_0 with each 128GB SSD
