Hey guys I need your help! I got a virus on my computer and I have no idea why but I cannot get into safe mode. The computer keeps on going into the "quick start" and wont give me the safe mode options. I have tried function f8, ctrl, delete, f5.. what do I need to do to get into safe mode?!!!! Thanks

I get into safe mode by tapping F8, after pressing restart. Maybe just keep tapping F8, after you press restart to ensure you get into safe mode.

Or you can press esc, I think, for the menu.
