I think there is at least some chance...really hoping for this one bad.

Anyone have any idea if HP might do the Envy 17 this week?

Does HP normally introduce models during this show? What else do they really have to intro?

I hope so, I held off on the envy 15 in hopes for a more powerful 17". I hope the rumors are true.

    A more powerful 17"

You mean i7 core w/ ATI 5xxxx isn't powerful enough on Envy 15?

I misphrased. Im not saying envy 15 is not powerful enough by any means. It's one of the best at 15" in the whole market.

What I was trying to say is that the 17" would be more powerful of course, it's bigger.

For me--It just needs to have a high rez screen and backlighting and then it's perfect.
I'm fine with the ATI 5830 and the chips as is.
