    Hello,

    I just recently purchased a Hp Envy 17in. I got a SSD as well and put it in, and reinstalled a fresh copy of windows, and now I have been trying to install the software and multimedia software from Hp website. Well I went to their site and all the drivers worked but had a problem with the quick launch software. Well I downloaded it and double click it, it opens up like its going to install and then shuts off and does not say anything! Its not installing either and I am really unsure why this is happening. This same thing is happening with the other Hp multimedia software. Any idea, because I would really like to get that quick launch button to work. Thanks!

    None if it really installs, and after the program stops installing, i get the windows error did that program stop installing. Kind of a problem. Let me know if you have had this before. Thanks.
