i just purchased a second hand hp nx9110 for pratically free.

the person who originally purchased this notebook bought a bare minimum
    base model.

it didn't have wireless so i took care of that by installing a pcmcia card.

i want to upgrade its rather insufficient ram (256mb) to its maximum capacity
    (2gb).

i know for a fact the ram i purchase has to be two sticks of 1024mb ddr333 sodimm, but i can't seem to find what it's "pc" value is (can it be pc2700?).

if there is anyone that can help me with this issue or that can guide me to a reliable source on the net, your help would be much appreciated.

Yes, pc2700 runs at 333Mhz. A memory guide can be found at tomshardwareguide.com, and various online retailers correlate pc2700 with 333Mhz. Newegg.com is one of them.

2700 divided by 8.. comes close to it, so yeah it is 333mhz
