Hp Pavilion Dv5000 Bios Problem

Ok on the sticker it save dv5000 and dv5285ea if that helps

I got given this laptop as it didnt work but trying to fix it, this is what I get so far :

On power up..laptop boots lights light up ...

I get to the Compaq Logo and press ESC or F10 for Setup and can get into the Bios with no probs

But if I leave it and dont touch anything .... the laptop reboots ??? and constantly does this for ages.

In the Bios I have Firmware F.17 for the Bios

On the :

NOTEBOOK MODEL and SERIAL NUMBER

It looks to be corrupted ..

I followed this : Replace Motherboard

Stripped the machine down, had a look at it..even heated the board up (like you do on a xbox) and repasted the chips/cpu's :

Motherboard : SPS-BD SYS 945PM NV72 FF PAV

Put it back together same thing happens ...constant reboots

Can hear the DVD Drive spinnning up and Fan..but nothing

Tried downloading Crisis Recovery and Bios.wph which I think is the right one
But All I hear is the beeps in which you should get when reading from USB Floppy (some reason it doesnt work with my USB Key)
After beeps stopped have left it sit for 5-10 mins but laptop doesnt reboot..
I do it manually, then check the bios and its still the same

Anyone have any ideas please ??
