    hey yall
    here is all you need to install win xp on hp dv6282 i think it should work on all pavilion 6000 series.


    Here is the steps on how to disable SATA Native Feature in the BIOS.
    1. Restart the Notebook.
    2. Press F10 at HP logo.
    Select System Configuraton, there you need to disable SATA Native Support.
    Press F10 to save and Exit.

    You actually don't need to disable the SATA support if you add SATA drivers into the XP installation using nLite beforehand.
