    Hi, guys im new here, but i got a problem, i decided to clean the notebook and removed the dvd-rom but a rubber part came out and now i dont know where it belonge to, and when the dvd-rom read and write it make a horrible and anoying noise. Anyone had this problem or know where it belonge to.

    You somehow managed to break your DVD-ROM drive?

    Assuming the part did come out of the drive, I think you have a good excuse to purchase a shiny new slimline DVD burner. Newegg generally has NEC burners at a good price, well under $100. They're trivial to swap in on the zv5000 series, all you need is a #0 Phillips screwdriver. Don't forget to unplug and remove the battery before making any such hardware changes though.
