    Hp Presario Cpu Upgrading Problems

    My HP presario cq56's monitor is not turning on whenever i recently upgraded my cpu from a 2.0 ghz single core intel celeron T3500 to a 2.8ghz dual core intel T9600. Whenever i turn it on the fan and the LED lights for the wifi and caps lock come on for a second and then turns off and back on again all while the monitor screen is black and not changing.

    t9600 has 1066 Mhz bus speed while old one had 800. looks like it is the reason
