    i phoned hp due to the fact that my laptop screen wont turn on, the lady gave me a customer i.d and a service ticket and the phone call was done, so was just wondering how long it takes for them to pick up my laptop? and how long does repair/replacement take?

    Also is there any place on the website where i can track the repair?
