I did the online page with moduslink weeks ago. I went on to check out my status the other day and it reads
Order Status : Coa Validated. Waiting for Proof of Purchase.
Shipping Date : TBD. Check back in 1-2 weeks
    Carrier : Standard
...was there instructions to send in your proof of purchase? If so they sure didn't give great directions for that. I would have done it weeks ago. I called them and I just get recordings with the wrong topics.
Any help? Are they taking care of that or do I need to send it in. They didn't even give an address to send it to.
    Help?

You need to send it in, it's a real pain they don't give very good instructions I agree. I scanned and emailed mine to them, thats the easiest way in my opinion. You also need to send them a UPC along with the COA and Proof of Purchase, Moduslink sucks.

    Hello,

My order process has two items
    1. Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit
    2. HP Driver DVD

I want to know if the Windows Vista DVD we get as a part of the HP Express Upgrade process has the original Microsoft OS or will it have the HP Coreload junk pre-installed?

Thanks in advance and sorry if I missed this info elsewhere.

    Regards,

    Ravindra.

The disc you get should be a fairly standard Vista disc, except it should have the BIOS OEM activation files on it, and it will likely have some HP branding. But otherwise, the disc should be just the OS.
