    I ordered my notebook at christmas from the hp website and it offered a free upgrade to vista. So now i have decided i am going to order vista and i look and it says that To complete your order, you will need to provide the receipt for the purchase of your qualifying PC. Problem is i dont think i have a receipt.

    The receipt can be printed online. Just logon to your order status page using your order number and phone to access the receipt.
