I just bought this laptop a little over 2 weeks ago. There's a process called WMIPRVSE.EXE from NETWORK SERVICES that has a cpu-usage spike from 20-25% every 30 seconds or so. Anyone have any ideas what it might be?

It only spikes when I'm connected to the internet. I dont think it could be a virus because I used HP Recovery to reformat it back to factory condition.

Also, if anyone else has the dm4-1060us, are you experiencing this problem?
