Perhaps two high capacity batteries, something like this is: Battery HP/Compaq DV2000 DV6000 EV088AA 432306-001 12ce - eBay (item 120633378525 end time Nov-11-10 15:18:39 PST) (there could be cheaper ones, I just took the first one I found for an example).

The battery in that link is 8800mAh, twice the amount of normal battery. Depending on your laptop specs (the exact model number from the bottom would help) even one such battery might be enough. There is roughly few hundred different dv6000 series laptops... :)

Do some serious undervolting and underclocking, it will also cool your laptop. Run GPU at lower frequencies while surfing.

Even with a high capacity battery, the dv6000 is such an old and inefficient laptop in terms of battery life, it would be extremely difficult for it to last that long. Even if you undervolted it down to that point, it would be slow that it would almost be unusable. You would be better off buying a new notebook that is around 13 inches or smaller if you wanna achieve battery life similar to that.
