i was wondering something wrong with my speakers or is it the hp laptops
when i plug in these polk audo speakers, its just 2 small speakers. when i connect it to my zen it is close to as loud as the laptop's speakers but when i plug in the speakers into the laptop its very low and probably even lower than when i put in headphones

anyone know how to fix this or its like this

try raising the general volume and the volume in the music player you use, in let's say Windows media player.

Or just buy an X-fi notebook.
