    Hey yall!
I was wondering if it's normal that my notebook's fan makes so much noise!
1.1-I would search on these forums and people that have the dv6000's said that their notebooks were pretty silent.
1.2-It's getting really iritating/frustrating hearing the Fans run! Is it Normal!?!?!

2-Im also having issues Updating my 8400m Gs driver. I've tried so many times updating the driver threw the hp update software and hp online (even with a hp technicien!!). The issue is that the nvidia software says the update was complete.... but once I "check for updates in the hp software"... it indacates that I don't have the latest 8400M Gs driver from hp....

Are all of these issues Normal to some extent!?!?! Specially the Fan!?

    Thx for all your help!!!

Use Speedfan to check your temps.
Check Chaz's sticky to update your video card.

ok, but is it normal for a notebook's fan to make soo much noise...?
I mean, if i was in a library... im pretty sure somebody would tell me turn my notebook off because of the fan's running sooooooooo loudly.

where can i get the cahz-sticky? (oh, because ive modded motophones in the past... i dont want to mess thinkgs up but in the moto modding world -> sticky means i cant change it unless something in the same series, and newer... so my other question is, will i be stuck with those drivers ou could i re-use hp drivers after????)
