    Hp dv8000t Remote Volume button help

    Hi Everybody,

    Just bought the Hp-dv8000t notebook with MCE. It is just awsome. Played with it out of the box and used its HP MCE remote etc. The remote used to control the Volume buttons perfectly well. After i installed ALL the MCE OS updates from Microsoft, the HP MCE Remote lost its VOLUME button functionality(vol-up+ and vol-down-). Everything else on the remote is working fine.
    Can anybody pls help.
    Sorry if this has been asked before.(i searched forums but could not found it!).

    A lot of times updates from Microsoft create a system restore point... try rolling back?
