I want to upgrade my cpu to a t7500 2.2 ghz 800fsb from my t5250 1.5 ghz 677 fsb. and my ram to 4gb from 2gb of ram.my question is should i get my ram to 667 fsb or 800 fsb to be the same as the cpu. because on destop the higher fsb you go the max ram it can hold decreases. also what name brand ram i should get i play heavy games on my hp (crysis, kane and lynch, etc)? my vista scores my stock ram as 4.5

It doesn't matter. The notebook is going to run it at 667MHz regardless of what you pick (unless you for some reason pick PC4200).

I'd say that any name brand RAM would do you good; stuff like OCZ, PQI, Corsair, etc. I just look for whatever's cheapest.

Forget the Vista scores, I don't find them useful at all. Just because you pick more expensive RAM doesn't mean you'll get higher scores.
