    Good morning to all.

I bought this HP ENVY 14 less then a year ago. Which has ended up bringing me a lot headaches, and holes in my pockets. My latest problem is as follows. I recently turned on my laptop, only to find the screen flickering white/black as i tilt the screen.
It appears the flex cord located on the right hand side of the hinge which connects the lcd screen to the keyboard is faulty. My computer is under warranty. Yet I live in the Panama. HP refuses to send a box outside the united states, and I refuse to send this computer to the untied states out of pocket.
My question to anyone who can help me is as follows. Would I have to replace the entire screen, in order to fix the ribbon problem? If so, could someone point me in the right direction as to where to order the part I need.
GENUINE Hp Envy 14 (assembly) screen cable(flex) hinges, bezel, camera, hinge cover | eBay

I found that link, yet I have no idea if this will help me with the issue I am having. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
