    Can anyone tell me if Hp laptops are cheaper in Malaysia than in USA.
    I understand they are assembled in Malay.

    As far as I can tell, US is the least expensive place to get any laptops, as long as a particular brand is officially sold here. Most HP laptops are assembled in China, btw; it's Dell that assembles theirs in Malaysia.

    They wont be any cheaper plus you wil have much lesser options than here in the US(no custom built models for example).
