I have a question...I dont really understand the size of this hp.
It says (l x w x h) 10.2 x 14.1 x 1.1 in.
But most other companies dont use length...they usually use depth.
Would the length be like the lenght across the keyboard, or would that be the width?

I saw a Nx8220 today, they have the same looks. Very low profile, and looks great!
It's 14.1" wide. -
So what they call the length, is actually the depth?

A Laptop size is determined by what screen is being used.
Since even 'standard' screens use a 4:3 ratio, just about all laptops will be wider than they are deep. I would say all, except back in the day I saw an oddball system that was almost the same wide as deep.
So its safe to assume that the longest dimension would be the width left-right on the same axis as the keyboard), the next longest dimension is front to back (trackpad to base of the screen), and the smallest dimension is the thickness. And if its a widescreen system, its a given that the width is the greater dimension.
So yes, they're using length/depth interchangibly. Not entirely uncommon, actually. -
