    Hp pavilion DV9000 M/board issues

    Hi Have replaced motherboard but still have a black screen. preliminary test before reassembly showed nothing on screen power light came on and a blue light on the motherboard. Fan started and 2sec later the power light started flashing. I watched a video on youtube and when the fix was done the power light stayed on. Is this a cpu issue Please help! Never done this before as I am 62 Thanks
