    Hi i got dv 6000 at work i was just wonder if any one manged to get them to fix model that is not speficly listed

    I mean one same sersios but not listed?

    Just call in and tell them you have a notebook with the same series number that is apart of the entitlement. It says the DV2000/6000/9000 at the top of it. You could ask them about it. Maybe luck will be on your side.
