So, earlier i had m11x with a hybrid card (intel + nvidia) and there was a manual switch and ty drivers from manufacturer (dell). But still there was a "save" option, you could disable hybrid card and have only nvidia one, in this case you could install official driver from nvidia.com and have no problems.
With my current laptop i don't have such choice and have to download drivers from hp which is really old. And when hp decide to forget bout this laptop i won't have new drivers. And that's really sucks.
Any ideas? From what i know, there are no easy way to update ati driver by yourself. Its hard and buggy.

If you have any problems with that method, follow these guys on Guru3D AMD Catalyst 11.6 WHQL (8.861 May 24) - Download & Discussion - Guru3D.com Forums Asder00 usualy releases beta & RC drivers pretty regularly and if there are no mobility versions he mods them so we can use them. -
so far so good, I always for newest drivers out and available.
