The majority of company tech has to have a tech manual in front of them.
Off topic: I signed up DSL with DSL Extreme, talked to 3 tech and chatted with 3 tech, compalint to two supervisor/manager. They all blame my DSL modem, and they insist I lease a DSL modem from them. The problem prolong for 4 days after activation. Conclusion: I helped the last tech I spoke with to resolve my DSL connection issues; for nearly two hours on the phone. The problems: I asked them to check the backbone connection, and indeed they hooked my line to the wrong hub.
