This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     After formatting and reinstalled windows,modem driver was not be installed.So I searched and found it in hp.com website but it does not work.

    you should be able to find that from Windows Update. If not, it's here
