I don't know anything about your computer problem, but I can tell you that your English is as good as many Americans I've met.
Good luck. -
have you tried reflashing it back to 11? why on earth would you need to update a bios any ways?

If there's no mention in the BIOS of Cool 'n Quiet or PowerNOW! or anything similar it must be forcing power management to be enabled. Or... sometimes you have to load BIOS setup defaults after flashing in a new BIOS. Try that. I always do that after flashing in a new BIOS just to be safe.
Sometimes reinstalling the AMD processor driver is necessary, for some unknown reason.
Worst case you can use RMClock or CrystalCPUID to manage your speed and voltage, and undervolt while you're at it. -
thx everyone for the help support

Go to hp.com and look for the software & Driver downloads section. Click on that and put in compaq v2000 in the search box. Just click on any of the choices that come up and a list of available drivers will come up. You will see the current BIOS on there but click on the "previous" line and you will see choices for previous BIOS that you can download. Good luck!
I got problems, help!
