I was able download sp36393.exe from HP's support site with no problem. Might want to try again.

Here the issue from website HP:
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...n&cc=us&dlc=en&product=3210687&os=228&lang=en

    The file is hosted here:
    ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp36001-36500/sp36393.exe

But i can't download it. Seems broken the link.
In fact, all folder softpaq from this FTP website is unable for me.

I'm from Brazil, maybe some restriction to download it??

Could you please, download the sp36393.exe and send it to me?

    Thanks a lot!

WOW I just noticed the file is 0 bytes. So the problem is not you. HP must have uploaded a corrupt file. You will need to send HP Support an email letting them know the file is bad.

Sorry I tried to get the file for you.

    Good luck!

    Thank you guys!

Well, the entire HP softpaq folder is off at FTP site, some troubles there, I gess.

panteedropper, no I not use google talk, only MSN (mlcg3 (a) hotmail . com) and skype (user: sobad_br2).

But, to send to me the bios, just change the extension of file to .txt or doc, for example. When I get it, change again.

    Best regards!

    People,

Nobody has these bios version, F.38 (sp36393.exe)?

I am want to find it, therefore later that up to date mine laptop, for version F.3A, does not have more the option to increase or to diminish the memory of VGA card 7200 GO.

Actually, HP remove from support / download website, that version. Some trouble, I gess...

    Thanks!!
