    I need envy 15 recovery image--> lost all my data from hard drive

    Hi everyone,

    I'm looking for the envy 15 t recovery image.

    I lost all my data from my hard drive. and also my recovery partition of my hard drive.

    can any one point me out where I could find a envy 15 recovery image, every one with an envy 15 has one, I could use any.

    In image, original serial number also in it, so you just order Recovery Image at HP

    i think that the recovery image only has the w7 + float ware( all programs that hp wants on their comp) and that the computer serial is not include. all is important is if that comp has slic 2.1 on the mother board and if it check as the model of that comp(not 100 %).

    I have use the same dvd recover image to recover the image of different computer of the same model type (like all hp zx500 or all hp envy 15t all sx280 dell).

    so thats why serial of computer in recovery image i think is a misinformation. or there is a serial present at the recovery image. it clearly does not matter because you can you other computer recovery image of the same model to set it to factory conditions
